Koro is a puppy owned by a little girl in a small town. One day she leaves the front gate ajar when she goes to school. Koro slips out and wanders the streets of the town. He is picked up by a girl riding a bicycle, but slips away at the level train crossing. He meets a friendly old dog and his kindly owners, while his mistress and her father ride around town putting up Lost signs on the power poles. Koro eventually falls asleep under a delivery van, whose driver gives him a ride. When he gets near home, Koro smells the familiar neighborhood and leaps out of the truck and into the arms of his delighted mistress.

One day, a black pillar appeared in the Sea of Japan — a gate that led to another world, used by monsters to invade this world.

A white ermine, known in Japan as an okojo, Okojo-san lives at an exotic pet store run by a greedy manager until one day he escapes. In the chaos following, he ends up unconscious in a garbage can, where college student Haruka Tsuchiya finds him. Mistaking him for a ferret, Tsuchiya takes Okojo home with him. At the Shiawase apartment complex, Okojo meets other pets, including the mouse Chorori, and the various eccentric human tenants. With his friends, Okojo struggles to adapt to life with humans, vacuum cleaners, and all the other things that come with human society.

The comedy is largely reliant on absurdity and Okojo's tendency towards melodrama.

One day, a mysterious fortune teller calls out to him and tells him that he is definitely surrounded by bad luck. The fortune teller gives him a cell phone, telling him that his luck will improve. The magical cell phone actually has the power to resurrect all of his pets in the form of beautiful young girls. In how far this will change Gorou's misfortune remains to be seen though...

Piroppo is a short series commisioned by Sony for the promotion of their robot dog Aibo. Apparently 54 slots of about 20 seconds each were made, but the dvd release totals 23 named episodes.

Created by ISHII Katsuhito, director of Trava Fist Planet and several of the Grasshoppa live action projects, this is a highly original project despite the limited budget.

Ishinomori Shoutarou bases cyborg 009 anime on Cyborg 009 manga from the late 1960s. Cyborg 009 is a story about nine experimental cyborgs (eight male and one female), which have been collected by the evil terrorist group, Black Ghost. Those nine cyborgs with the aid of a scientist turn against Black Ghost's control. Black Ghost in turn starts sending more cyborgs to destroy their first nine experimental cyborgs and causing destruction all around the world.
