Although Goku is happy in his new home, Heaven is not kind to heretics. There are those who would use Nataku and Goku as tools in an attempt to seize the throne of Heaven, and Konzen, Tenpou, and Kenren may not be able to save them.

On their way they get caught by a tanuki (who are known to hate youkai), and are locked up in a shrine. They eventually manage to break free, but get stranded in modern Japan. Here Toufu Kozou meets a little girl, Ai-chan, who notices him, although human beings are supposedly unable to see yokai.

The world, devastated by a long global conflict, is ruled from the vast city of Olympus by the General istration Agency. This Agency is run by human-hybrid clones known as Bioroid, made from the genes of the best and brightest.

Former Los Angeles S.W.A.T. officer Briareos, both become residents of Olympus after being scouted by ES.W.A.T., a special counter-terrorist division of the Global Police.

One such terrorist group which they fight is the Human Liberation Front, which attacked Olympus in the midst of the launch of the Ark Program, a plan to entrust the future of humanity to Bioroids. However, subsequent investigations will reveal that someone else had been manipulating the Front from behind the scenes.

Not wanting to lose, Yi-rang orchestrates a collapse in the middle of a relay race even though she's on the verge of giving up her dream of becoming an athlete. With this warm-hearted animation, Han Hye-jin-I and Ahn Jae-hoon encourage Yi-rang's dreams and portray the fantasy and flutter of adolescence through encounters with good people. Set in the '80s and '90s, an old umbrella and a railroad crossing the downtown in the film is the stuff that reminds us of our lost past, evoking a reminiscence in the audience of that which is vanished. It is a way of evoking the real "dreams" that we have lost in this modern society where a rapid capitalization is progressing.
