Has anyone heard any news one way or another?

I would like to know if there's any news or rumors too...

i think it will be hard because they need get licence to show formula from europe

not only F1 but formula euro, f3 etc too
and i think it cost a lot

but i think they can use it as promotion and get it by lower price
after you watch this anime series F1 races are more intresting

i think its good promotion for Races in all over the world
anime gives big popularity boost to the sport if they are based on it

I would love to see a 2nd season aswell but somehow I doubt it will ever happen.

An anime has to be incredibly successful for them to even consider a 2nd season and Capeta is just one of those shows that doesnt seem to have a lot of fans.

Licencing would certainly be an issue, but Bernie Ecclestone said multiple times that he would love to see more F1 based Movies and Cartoons, so they could certainly get a nice deal. I don't think that production would fail there.

there was talk of a movie/ova when the show finished, but nothing came of it.
