It's hard to contradict people when you don't know what you are talking about. Like the guy who says the wheel is a stupid contraption without knowing that it can be used as a piece for a carriage.

Well, I can´t say I didn´t enjoy this series, although I have no intention to rewatch it. Nice fighting scenes, humor, sexy babes...I wasn´t bored even once. However, I must it that those episodes about past were too damn long - longer than the actual present story, what the hell, since I was more interested in Souichirou´s development as a martial artist.

Read the manga, it's WAY better (as in... not censored... oh yeah).

It seemed kinda attractive in the first few episodes, but now I see I must've been lured and blinded by fanservice and view of promising fights. But the story, if I can even call it that way, went absolutely nowhere, with half of the show being pointless and chaotic flashbacks...and the other half had like 2 or 3 good fights and a looot of blabbering with no conclusion. To sum it up, it was a major letdown - if it wasn't for the Natsume sisters' (.)(.) , I doubt I would finish this one.

God damn it... I tend to watch anime that have no ending lately.

I just finished watching it. I was looking all around the internet to see if there actually is an ending episode, showing the Preliminary Tournament Figths, but as many others in here, I am also disappointed by the lack of ending.

All in all, it was a fun anime, even though the extensive memories were a minus to it. The fights were good, even though we never see how Bob and Nagi end up as fighters. We never learn if they win the tournament or what happens to Nagi's "love life".

Anyway, it's not an anime I would watch again. I'd stick with Death Note and Elfen Lied.

EDIT: I wanted to say I'd stick with Ikki Toussen, but I somehow got confused.(Ikki Toussen is similar to this one-or this is what result I got when I clicked similar anime when looking Ikki Toussen )

First 9 episodes are awesome but the the past arc ruined the story if there is even one, and the ending is really incomplete.

Some good fight scenes and boobs.

The story, however went nowhere and was incomplete.

Watchable but disappointing.

Not enough fighting, not enough story, no interesting characters, to much fanservice and to little substance.

Loved every episode of that. One of the most underrated anime I've seen I guess. I wish there was more, much more, although - on the other hand - sometimes it's better to leave some things unexplained.

Anyway, to anyone who's considering watching it - DO IT. It really is a-we-some. Also, Maya. <3
