This serie was really adorable. Very cute and sometimes funny characters with a nice relationship to each other.
It's kinda soothing but doesn't have to much of a story.

Really fun, the plot and anidb poster kinda turned me away at first. But once you watch it, it grows on you. Cute and funny, the ED track cute too. Thought for sure the bear would ruin it by too much slapstick, not really a fan when they toss in a random talking animal into story, which may sometimes be better off without it, doesnt really fit into the story sometimes.. Maybe sequel perhaps?

Coming Of Age Country Girl's Problems And The Bear Was A Mistake: The Animation.
Young men are clearly not the target audience for this, and I wonder what who and where was smoking to release it under that banner. The Bear character and his execution is just 'sage platonic uncle/grandfather-like figure' with negligible animation flourishes and poor voice casting which makes him pretty much the least interesting thing about The Animation About A Girl And A Bear.
However; I had the good fortune to be a country boy (way back when) and so the more high volume beats did actually resonate with me, as such it was not a waste of time.
The Good-ish: 1z604f
Animation quality - Very Puni, nice visual effects, some pleasant backdrops here and there. Favourable comparisons to Nonnonbiyori. Except for the bear.
Overall concept - It's rare, it's handled well and it's interesting until it falls into an unpleasant standard template which is poorly executed. Including the bear.
The Middling: 184m2b
VA selection - Fem Lead was a great cast, the rest fade into the background. The bear was a miscast.
"Neglect Porn" - Fem Lead's situation is quite possible and I can imagine people would not belive that, so being presented with 'yeah this actually still happens' could be valuable for emotional tourism. But it would inspire pity; and that's not why i'm watching what was supposed to be a gimmick comedy series.The bear tries within the context of his character but is largely ineffective.
The Bad but not that bad: 3i3r1x
Sound & Music - The ED is the only piece of music I recall less than 24 hours later and that only because the duet was so grating.

"Abuse Porn" - the relationship with the fem lead and ... nearly every character except the bear is demonstrably abusive but aggressively played for laughs. Clearly not for everyone.
Finally, there are clothed lewds of a minor in here so act accordingly.
This production did not have my full attention and never earned it, but it was not an unpleasant experience. Will probably never think about it again.
