Anime: Tsurezure Children 4s3l4i

Tsuredure Children is the "Almost, Maine" of anime.

If that appeals to you, you will love this. I really enjoyed the ending, but knew it wouldn't be able to tie up ALL the loose ends. It did enough of them though and is great.

It won't be for everyone, but if you like the genre, you will love this.

If you like romance at any level, specially between awkward teenagers who don't know how to talk to each other.... This is your jam!

Funny and adorable. Definitely recommended. Been a while since I've watched such an enjoyable rom-com. The amount of famous voice actors in this is also staggering. My only problem is that there are a ton of characters and couples, on top of the series being really short. The combined effect of which is that too many characters don't get the screentime and development in their relationship that they deserve. The ending left me feeling a bit unsatisfied, and there really should be a season 2 someday.

I hope we get a second season. This story must be told. It was funny and cute and romantic and a bit weird, but in a good way. A nice quick watch.

Enjoyable, but not nearly as good as the manga. Only about half of the characters are present in the show. It doesn't go into the relationship between student and teacher, or the foreign student Patricia, or the girl in the tea/band club, or the dry couple with no personality, etc. Also, much of the comedy of the manga was lost. It's still an enjoyable watch, but for those who enjoy the show the manga is much better.

A really sweet quick romance anime. A lot of couples with different types of romance tropes. You will find your favourite among them for sure. Mine were delinquent girl with student president, and comedy duo who has a problem with kissing.

Hard to find good romance. This show was just paced so well with all the stories they try to tell in compact episodes. I wish there is a follow-up season to this. Any romance anime fan has to watch this. Couples here feel real and not forced. Very relatable if you are in a relationship.

It is a really sweet, charming and innocent anime. A really nice change of pace is that most couples are more realistic and relatable than those you generally see in most anime series.
The downside of this show however is that it focus on so many different couples that you never really get to much in depth about any one couple and some couples get way more screen time than other ones. I personally found myself waiting for the continuation of two couples one of whom rarely made an appearance and one whom suddenly just disappeared altogether.

This show is absolutely charming from start to finish. Well written, insightful, good character art, and just the right length. Not only is it entertaining and sweet, but the angst is just about perfect. It really does a good job of capturing that awkward magic. Romance with all the right comedic elements. If you like the genre, this is must-see as a light-weight watch.
