It's a very sweet girls love asymmetric relationship (dog type but loner ; on a social girl but cat type) - that has a poor ending (it just doesn't have a proper one) and a bit of nonsensical stuff (there are aliens for whatever reason, absolutely useless)

This was pretty good, but with 60% of the story left to be told it's hard to draw any conclusions. At least the story, setting and characters are far more realistic than other stories. But while spanning 12 episodes not much happens, it's kinda slow paced and the MC's take a long time to grow.

Shoujo Ai anime is strange, because, nowadays, really, nobody manages to get it right. The days of exciting and exuberant Shoujo Ai and Yuri anime from the likes of Strawberry Panic and Maria-sama are long dead at this point. That said, this one here tries to do things the right way, and is moderately successful. A story, which is mostly slow-paced, about two schoolgirls. One of them wants to confess to the other, but never manages to find the chance to do it. Along the way, they meet some other characters, which are nice, but feel somewhat out of place. The plot flows nicely, albeit aimlessly, and the ending is left on a cliffhanger, kinda like Yagakimi. However, the course of the story was, really, heartwarming and nice to watch. Animation was moderately good, and voice acting was neat too.
Overall, this anime may look mediocre at a glance, but when compared to other recent Shoujo Ai anime such as Citrus, it's way better. Recommended for Shoujo Ai fans willing to give it a chance.

This series flourish and die as a Shoujo Ai anime. You can expect everything good in that genre executed well, but also with the similar flaws you usually get.
If you've watched similar genre and can adjust your expectation, this is a good one to watch. Tho, refer to the traditional Shoujo Ai, not the modern ones with "bold" and impactful scenes one after another.
It's flowery and comfy, the little SoL aspect is nice, though nothing funny/exciting there. Just a perfect series to watch weekly on air.
