This provides background story and context to a lot of happenings in the original, a side story. Each episode feel like it's broken down into two stories or parts. Some building on previous episodes others new entirely.
I enjoyed it, would have liked to watch the entire series in order with these episodes placed within their chronological order (or seeing it right after seeing the origin). I enjoyed the originating story and this was a cute addition. The framing and format is super positive where the origin was dark, this one focuses on positivity.
