It's good, but you can see that it's not realy hand-drawing. thats not so cool. but sometimes its realy cool, because it's then hand-drawing like he sits in his kart :)
Sound
The sound is realy good, because you can hear the eninge, effects and al of it, people talk good.
The story
The story is realy good i've sitting and enjoyed the anime, in compare whit others, like bleach naruto i've sitting down on my ass, en i've sitting like i'am realy in the anime, like driving a car :)
Character
Capeta's character: it's good developed and like i sat, it's cool when he sits in his kart :)
The other characters should be developed perhaps something better.

Here and there a repeated piece of artwork, but that nevermind, you will watch it if you want!
Enjoyment
I've realy enjoy this anime, but i've seen 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 if i've seen more i update my review.
Watch it if you love karts, sensation, and fun :)
