The 4 episodes of Kenshin OVA-s were one of the first anime-s i have ever watched and if you like something a bit more serious with one of the most amazing story lines, you will for sure like it.
Unfortunately OVA animation is old (as expected compared to release date) but do not let that stop from watching it.
In my opinion the whole Kenshin series are made childish and TV suitable (less gore) while this OVA give you a glimpse in what you would call the "real" world of Kenshin which is much more brutal, serious and bloody than the actual series.
So far i have watched over 1200 anime and this 4 OVA-s are almost at the very top!
