Yama-B was the vocalist and founder of Galneryus.
Yama-B was a nickname he got in school, due to his real name being Yamaguchi Masahiro, and Yamaguchi being a very popular name in Japan, there were quite a few Yamaguchis at his school and in order to tell them apart, they called them Yamaguchi-A, aso. This name stuck with him for life.
According to an interview with Jameworld, he and Syu always had differences when it cames to musical taste. At first, he said, that wasn't much of a problem, but with every new release the differences intensified. In the end, Yama-B left Galneryus.
