This anime needs a reasonable review. All 10's on all reviews this far is not very helpful for readers. 

Like many others I was stunned by the high rankings and decided to give this anime a go, and I don't regret it. 

Animation: Soothing and tranquil arts that play their function in setting the atmosphere. However the anime can't merit a higher score with average animation and lack of detail. Nothing inspirational but decent enough.

Sound: Again, a great contribution to the atmosphere. Apart from the gentle opening theme, the playback music continually gives peace to your heart, which is befitting this feel-good anime. Very pleasing to the ear!!

Story: The anime is episodic in nature, with no strong story running through. But even within many of the episodes, a story is lacking. It is tempting to give a lower score, but it has to be ed that a strong story is not the point of this genre. The weak is kindof befitting, but weak nevertheless. 

Characters: Cute and likable... but... maybe to much! The charcters are very unrealistic, but I understand that this is the point of this feel-good anime. However that does not excuse the lack of depth in the characters which are to one-dimensional. But I liked them anyway!

Enjoyment: This is really the animes forte! It may require a certain taste (not much action...) but it is Very enjoyable indeed once you are hooked. Forget the troubles of the world an indulge yourself in the world of Aqua where eternal bliss flourishes.
